They would go from location to location picking fights with people on beaches for no reason and typically turned them upside down trying to find more drug and alcohol money.We were just walking along the beach and all of the sudden one of these guys puts his arm around one of my friends.

When members of that society exceeds those limits and harms that society, they come up against some of the institutions that work to bring them back to within those limits or expel them completely.I don't agree with all the precepts and treatments of the Alcoholics Anonymous program, but there is a psychological concept of "rock bottom" in the program that I do think has a lot of value.

So, I have a trust set up that when a kid turns 19, HAS graduated from HS and has NO drug or alcohol related arrests, they qualify.

As long as there’s death disease alcoholism drug use divorce etc.. there will always be deals if you look hard enough

In other words, do you spend $X creating a well known brand that pulls customers in without much additional marketing effort/expense, or do you spend that same $X on direct customer acquisition.In industries where customers are potentially repeat customers for life (fast food, alcohol, cigarettes, automobiles), spending that money on brand building is cheaper than spending that money on acquiring the same customers over and over -- that's why these industries put a ridiculous percentage of their profits back into building their brand.In real estate, the "customers" are the sellers -- they generate the income, even if not directly.

Once I helped out some friends that had one tenant pass away from alcohol, the son was a complete mess with drugs urinating and defecating on the floor and on top of all that they were hoarders.
