“Possession of a firearm” by itself isn’t usually even a crime, much less a felony, unless there’s some aggravating factors, like he was already a convicted felon or it was a stolen firearm or he used it in the commission of another crime.

Few people sell profitable properties, unless the level of aggravation exceeds the level of profit.
