ITT was under the scrutiny of its accrediting agency.

Once we got to 10 properties we had to go to some outside agency that is related to USAA.  

Any suggestions on agencies that are willing to insure during the rehab process?

The team/agent community is highly competitive and if they were lying there would literally be hundreds of complaints from other teams to the real estate commission from these.Also the top teams are typically listed by a number of different reporting agencies such as realtrends, the wall Street journal etc.

That being said I've done research and came across many different online and in person courses that are offered and was wondering what agency you went through and if you would recommend the same or a different agency?

I have been a Commercial Real Estate Broker for the last eight years negotiating privately leased space for various State agencies in California which is a pretty good gig.

@Jane Guerreso   Hi Jane, as a landlord, reporting rent payments to a credit agency is something that we've considered in the past but have not for various reasons.  

I have recently contacted an agency, their English is not the greatest, but they are an international company.

Also a large Texas agency is located in this town.  

When they are in a 'dual agency' situation (i.e. they are formally representing both the Buyer and the Seller), their obligation is to mostly provide information and not opinion / recommendation.
