I'm new to the area and working again from A to Z in NC.

I was wondering if Bigger Pockets might have books, courses, webinars, podcasts, or something that explains from A-Z how to purchase and profit from buying notes from the bank.

I think Boston has experienced some tremendous growth in terms of rental appreciation as the next rental class as Gen Z starts to become the larger renter pool and Millennials are purchasing their first homes.

I want to build apartments and houses on purchased land .I know how to coordinate from a-z construction part .I have none of experience in buying land in California , what are my steps( what i should research on )?

There were z e r o closing costs. 

Will you have enough reserves to weather Z months of no rent incoming, covering debt payments and other expenses?
