Hi all,I would like to connect with a real estate agent/newbie-friendly investor from Florida that can give me some advice on investing in or near West Palm beach or any of the surrounding areas, 30-45 Mins to West Palm. 

I'm building a 3-flat in East Garfield Park, west side neighborhood of Chicago.

North Dayton and West Dayton are problem areas.

I own all of my investment properties here and work with a lot of out-of-state investors in both the east and west coast that love investing here for the turnkey and BRRRR opportunities that we have here.

Meaning West Loop, Logan, Bucktown, Lincoln Park, North Shore, Gold Coast, Old Town, Wicker Park, Logan Square, River North.. list goes on!

We are both remote workers and hoping to get a better understanding of some local markets such as Pueblo, Co and potentially surrounding areas preferably more west.

With the budget that you have, I think Cleveland or some of the mid west states might be a good option to buy another property.

When people is asking to compare syndication vs DST it means it's totally newbie question too sorry too say.I would say the DST is more structured like an REIT, it's the Mercedez Benz of Commercial Real Estate.In syndication it's more like Fast-and-Furious drifting car haha, some of the operators really wild wild west, they are running with DSCR 0.6x to succumb investor's money.

I have a bias for sure to the west coast compared to FLA weather totally flat terrain humidity and bugs.
