Someone mentioned that a house near them was being used as a VR and every few days you had carloads of people rolling in with excited kids running around the yard screaming and cannon balling into the pool, or loud parties.

Many areas are very good for VR, however; some areas have restrictions and aren't allowing any more permits.

My understanding is that PayPal does not offer the best product for the VR industry in  terms of chargebacks, etc..
