People probably don't appreciate how much difference there is between attorneys and think anyone that their uncle knows is the best selection.  

I'm seeking advice what to do after my flips to remain on uncle SAMs good side without killing my liquidity.

I was thinking I'd be getting a place closer to her house in Oklahoma, just to keep everything in one area (I have uncles there who could deal with the management), as well as not really wanting to deal with a constant rotation of renters here on island, but nothing is really out of the question as I learn more about the process I'm sure.

I have them at my houses (I do get a great deal from my uncle's water softener business) but it also helps to keep the showers cleaner.  

They might get uncle Eddy to say he was the last landlord for 5 years, cousin Bob to give an employment verification just over your limit!  

The tenant was told last month by his uncle that he wanted him out of there since he had suspicion of illegal activities going on there (drugs) and did not want that kind of stuff going on in the house since his name is still on the deed.
