My issue is I am a self employed person and not sure if they still have no income verification loans (since the mortgage bubble), like they did when I bought my current home.And I'm not very keen on the idea of buying this upcoming property with a loan when I have the funds available to purchase it outright, why pay the interest on a loan I don't really need.

Who else do I need to talk to to make sure I'm able to do the work I need done with the city, what does the contractor know and what should I be responsible for finding on my own.4.

I'm trying to to find the best deals I can, but it is a crazy buyers market.
