For 20 years I've worked in the IT industry creating Web, mobile app, and software technologies with a heavy focus on helping real estate agents have mobile, responsive websites to list their properties.

Many PM's (including ourselves) are utilizing automated self show technologies, but a lot of PM's have gotten away from the actually showing the homes in person because of this technology.

If what I propose is allowed, then even I will open a RECF platform using white label software and technology. 

Technology has come a long way but there is still a huge gap in the cost of water compared to the cost of technology.

there are some articles here from a year ago but since technology moves so fast just want to know which tools are considered today as best to automate the wholesale business, from receiving leads and tracking them to sending direct mail and also tracking them, lead from website, calls etcthanks in advance ! 

As technology improves I think you'll see the better operators bypass the platforms entirely and gain access to distribution using the aggregator sites.  

In general the site is filled with pretty independent folks that dislike others controlling their capital formation process and thus my prediction is that technology will largely allow active operator/sponsors to bypass the intermediaries in time.  

I believe technology, will continue to eliminate jobs from the typical white collar jobs.

But I am more of a technology guy..  

Don't people know how to negotiate deals, price match, or use technology to have the EXACT same lives for half?
