Whether or not you are advertising with them, you’ll want to make sure your properties are showcased well.There are services that will syndicate your listing to many top sites, so you only need to enter your information once.

Once you develop a client base you can market directly to your targets, showcase the experience you are offering and even monetize add on services. 

But when I do launch my new website its purpose from my end is simply I guess more of a brag piece more than anything.. we have built some pretty cool housing tracks and some super neato Period homes in Charleston and moderns in Portland that I  would like to showcase.. and other land developments we are doing and have an interest in.. that look great from google maps I love google maps. 

Private money - showcase the deal you've done and a sample model of what you're looking to purchase.

If your marketing materials showcase the property well, they walk in and it lives up to what they saw online, that’s enough for some folks to make their decision.

I welcome the opportunity to showcase their horrible business practices and hopefully make sure no one else has this experience.
