A royal pain and the claim took 4 months, but no one lost a minute of sleep. 

Here in Chicago you could be royally screwed.

Am I doing something wrong, or just encountering the expected high % of deals that aren't worth doing (the frogs, with the princesses yet to be discovered)?

I probably fund over a 100 transactions a year that have some wholesaler or daisy chain of wholesalers on the huds.. so not my first Rodeo.. the issue on this one is obvious .. and this is why IL made it mandatory to get a license and in Oregon its illegal to assign contracts if your business purpose is solely to assign contracts and most states the laws read that way but are not enforced .. but that's changing to many stories like this were the public get royally screwed.

I messaged, emailed, called, live chatted with them multiple times, and they gave me the royal runaround. 

I have a property i am looking at in the Rolling hills Subdivision / Royal terrace drive - Wondered if someone could share some opinions on the area,How's the rental market?

If it’s something where there is alimony, I would not recommend trying to skirt the system by putting properties in other names as they will find out and if they did a judge could royally screw you.
