You can drive around and look at metal roofs and it is soon obvious which colors continue to look good.Don't put on red unless you love the idea of a pink roof.

It's hard to find stuff that doesn't match those colors unless you really go crazy and start throwing hot pink and neon colors everywhere.

I can be positive all day long that the grass is pink, but that doesn't mean it is or that it will become pink.

I pulled a pink 1930s wall oven out of one place and the owner wanted to toss it.

I'm really not sure which is worse, though, the feds or the robber barons of wall street.

Hi @Brandon Singer, I have a mixed-use building that isn't too far off from what you're describing- three floors, pizza restaurant/bar on the first, apartments on the top two floors.

Otherwise, so long as you don't hit discrimination areas, if they have pink hair, you don't have to lease to them if your guidelines disqualify those with pink hair. :)
