Hey Michael, I grew up in Bennington and currently live just outside of Albany.

I grew up about 20 minutes NW of Winsted so am familiar with the area. 

I grew up in Denver but have lived in Southern California for the last 20 years. 

I chose to spend time, meaning I held open houses every weekend in my first year, sometimes 2 per day, grew my SOI and stayed in touch regularly with MLS feeds, emails with useful information, video texts, etc., and I was new to the city so had no pre-existing SOI.  

I grew up in Morris County.  

Its the house he grew up in, so he's never sold it for the same reasons he didn't pay his taxes I guess lol just not that into it.

There is less competition there and more experience before doing that is a myth.I'm 61 years old and I grew up in Dallas, Texas. 

because we all have attachment to this property in some way , for people who watched the show practicaly lived  in this home and it would be an experience to walk this property that you grew up in but never lived there and the so many memories.

I grew up in the area (Maryland) and attended school in state before moving up to NYC and then SF for work in professional services (consulting, strategy) and technology.
