Hello all 👋Are you located near the London, Ontario area, and actively investing in the Canadian or US markets?

For the six months ending in June at Los Angeles International, Long Beach, Ontario, and Hollywood Burbank Airport, a total of 21 million passengers went through terminal gates, down from 49.9 million for the same period last year.

There are some lists that exist in Canada, but they don't have any of the useful information like there is in the US such as equity percentage, delinquent taxes, etc.You typically can get the owner's mailing address from a house even if they don't live there by going to city hall and looking at the tax rolls, it works in Ontario but not sure about Atlantic Canada.

Are you in Ontario?

The rule assume you will put 20-25% down payment, for sure if you but it all on cash most likely you will get it positive cache-flow unless some thing really go wrong . in Canada and especially in Ontario 1% rule is no longer applied unless you put large down payment. but for 20% down-payment this is just not possible  at least in large cities.
