I don't drop or miss calls like I did with Googlevoice, since it uses my carrier line rather than voip.They have a 10mnth plan for teams that does a ton more, but seemed like overkill since its just little ole me!

Hey @Jace ThorntonWell, to answer your question, the best way to get in touch with the owner depends on how many/what you found when you looked up the tax info.If there aren't a ton and they're owner occupied, I'd say go try your hand at some good ole fashion door knocking.If there are a ton, or a good amount that are non owner occupied, I'd recommend reaching them through either cold calls or direct mailers.

Try to save at least 10-15% of your salary (either in retirement vehicles or a boring ole' savings account).

Good Ole Clorox seems to work, be sure to wear a breathing mask when applying as well as get some good air flow and circulation.I know Home Depot sells something for like 30 bucks called "Mold Control" it has you mix two containers into an spray bottle.

New does not automatically mean jacked up.His message to me has a different feel to it than just the same ole smack me and i'll smack you back negative B.S. rhetoric, i've heard for so many years.

I'm not saying that similar programs won't work for other people but in my opinion nothing will replace good ole' hard work.

I know they are doing that in B ham.. did not know CA....but my B ham guys have  to go to the court house to bid..I assume the same in CA... its just auction using their star power to get the word out.this will increase competition NO doubt big time.. boy I yearn for the good ole days.
