As best as I can tell on both sites, the algorithm looks something like this:Cheapest price>least restrictions (cancellation, # of days minimum, etc)>Premier/Super host>Review Scores>Most discounts (weekly, last minute, etc)>Regular revisions

What are the metrics for determining site selection?

So, the preferred have a slightly higher priority in getting paid back if anything goes wrong.Again, it really should be laid out in the syndication's official docs. 

A nice tip I got in a youtube video recently is once you've identified a market you wish to invest in, the first member of your so-called team should be other investors in the same market, especially those who are doing something the same or similar as you.
