My husband and I are on a quest to get into real estate so he could quit his job and pursue his dream of opening a music recording studio.

Zillow estimates are as accurate as Taco Bell is to Mexican food.

We don't have the lovely San Diego weather or Baja style mexican food which I miss tremendously. 

Guitar is my favorite hobbie, and I enjoy a wide variety of music genres and styles.

The townhouse is a 3-story, 1855 SF, techie town home with a 2-car garage, 500 SF of storage in a highly desirable area near many Corporate HQ's, walking distance to shopping, dining, music clubs, dry cleaner, hair salons, spas, gym, yoga, a Marriott & entertainment.

Eventually, I think it'd be really great to have properties all over the country, including Hawaii, and internationally as well.Aside from my real estate investing goals, I hope to use the money I earn from real estate to finance entrepreneurial activities, including my interests in music, the arts, education, as well as philanthropy to make the world a better place.Looking forward to hearing from you!
