I have an interest in real estate and investing but I am completely new and haven’t started anything yet.

Dave Ramsey would not be pleased, but he went bankrupt investing in real estate and is only rich because he tells people how stupid he was all day. 

I have been a Real Estate investor for about 35 years and have never experienced such incompetence.

Ideally, meeting with clients at least once to twice a year if their situation warrants it, especially if they have real estate professional or STR loophole.
