Companies like Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc.They've also attempted to broaden their services with recent introductions on things like Zestimates (essentially an online assessment of value) - and again, they are notoriously wrong in many cases.Realistically though, real estate is really local.

I Recently attended a free rich dad seminar and signed up for the 495 dollar course which i will be attending in the next month. ( I read about some reviews and most negative but i feel it will give me a good introduction right?)

I also like the idea that if I find someone's profile interesting (or what they said in a post interesting) I can work back to prior posts including any introduction they might have left on the new members forum.

It really made a difference when they wanted to retire.O/T - Post an introduction over on the new member forum.
