As a home inspector I agree with @Barry Cohen that evaluating the structural integrity of a foundation is only one of many reasons to get a home inspection. 

Your vision and desire to even dream of doing a project this big, your resourcefulness to put all the pieces together, the ability to sell your idea and yourself, your honesty & integrity with everyone involved, your willingness to pay off your debts and make the hard sacrifices and your humility to share your experience are the ingredients of  super sucessful entrepreneurs.The things you've learned from this experience will help you for the rest of your life.

I want you to know that this is not going to an attack for the comment, but I push back fiercely when the integrity of our company is questioned.

Should I be seeking  Podio integration? 

Having these facilities within a short walking, driving, or biking distance will dramatically improve quality of life and easier integration into the community.
