It does not make scenes for a landlord to intentionally lose money by supplementing a tenants below market rent, It does not matter if they are a good tenant or not.

I could possibly AirBNB it on the side to supplement income, but that was the thought of possibly doing business in both cities - I could compensate for the loss in rental income.
