These folks promise to lease and manage the properties they sell you (at a huge profit), and then don't follow through. 

With a purchase price of $20,000 and a sale price of $39,000 on the same day, the property promised immediate returns.

Whether is taking his "course", paying for the self written articles about his success or aka writing "puff pieces", buying fake Instagram followers, sitting on FB marketplace trying to get someone to pay for a house they don't know is condemnable and pay to have DJ remodel it and DJ never completing the remodel,  him spending an enormous time defending himself in small claims court, and threatening charges on  people that don't know law so they pay what he wants.All of those examples came from either my observation, experience, or other peoples reviews of him.The guy rented me a condemnable property.

With a purchase price of $40,000 and a sale price of $60,000 on the same day, the property promised immediate returns.

With a purchase price of $132,000 and a sale price of $135,000 on the same day, the property promised immediate returns.

With a purchase price of $165,000 and a sale price of $323,000, the property promised substantial returns.

I wouldn't necessarily go with Semi Gloss on the trim, especially if you have those fake woodgrain six panel doors everyone loves.
