I have a couple of English-speaking Venezuelan friends who have fled their country recently and starting their lives over from scratch.

Not to brag, i moved to Buffalo less than 5 years ago barley speaking English, no credit, and 10k in debts... there are great opportunities in Buffalo! 

@Barry Pekin it wasnt to avoid cold calling but yea I have some fear (english isnt even my real language) but, I have called over 20 people.

I am not a wholesaler, but depending on where you are looking near MLK, it may be best to drive for dollars (particularly as you get closer to English Avenue / Vine City area).

Contracts, signatures and clear cut plain English understanding of what each of you are going to be responsible for and what you will take from the deal is incredibly important.Don't let money ruin a friendship and don't let a friendship ruin your business.Best of luck!!

From my experience with mine I get around 800 can raise to 850 I want to push it but mines area in good area like east english village. 

Since I have never purchased a property I plan on using a FHA loan to buy a Duplex or a SFH with an english basement.

If you need someone to write copy, then start with native English speakers.

While I have the funds for a reasonable down-payment, my income from teaching English online will not excite many standard lenders!
