I did further investigation and it is my theory that their website was purchased so that it looks like they have an online presence since the early 2010s, and the extreme lack of online information on this company makes it very suspect.

I would say I disagree as the servicer can request information be removed from credit.

It sounds like you don't have enough information due to conflicting reports.

I'd greatly appreciate any advice and more than happy to share additional information if needed.
