I was on the fence about going the Airbnb route because you'd have to buy furniture, decorate, etc and definitely a lot more upkeep and wasn't sure if it was worth it due to location of ER, which is more of a family-oriented neighborhood.

I have a custom window that the glass is broken. the glass is somewhat special with decoration , gazed inside so I want to replace glass with something similar.

I would think about the theme how you are going to decorate your STR and see whether it will be fit in it.

Floor & Decor is ok, I just used them for a very small bathroom in my house but it was obvious they are cutting tiles down and selling them as standard size from the manufacturer.

I am planning on gutting and rehabbing the bathroom/kitchen, grounding the electricity, new gutters, fixing the water drainage, landscaping and decorating it to make it look cute.
