My aunt own half the house and my 2 siblings and myself own the other half.

I have 50K in savings, 720+ credit, currently before the pending sale.Does it make financial sense to get in debt 600K+ in debt (co-signing with sibling) in my current high cost/Los Angeles region?

The basic structure is similar to the deal Ashley Kehr described with her sister on pod #348 - my younger sibling would live in a MFH, we'd get an FHA loan together as she would live in the property, and I would fund the deal.How should we structure things, basically who should get what?

More problems then anything else.I did a quick search and people put their mom, dad or sibling on the title as 1% or .01% owner (as low as you can go) just to overcome this problem.I learned something new so thanks for sharing and I'll for sure remember this one.

Hi all, I co-own a three unit rental in North Jersey  with my two siblings which we rent out. looking to from an LLC or LLP.

Looking back I think my parents were concerned about kid safety and having my younger siblings mimic that behavior.    

There is still bad feelings among the siblings, even today.
