What made you choose Ontario?

The questions in the forums about choosing a brokerage are everywhere, so I thought this might be helpful as a placeholder for other investor-friendly agents who can add their experience in choosing or switching brokerages over the years.I've been investing for over 30 years and licensed as an agent for 10 years.

However, I would choose to let them stay through their lease end and tighten up the lease for the next tenant.   

Then on after that, replaced by now songs of woe. 

Eventually, it led me to choose another lender in the interest of time.The LLC was formulated later and I am working to have the property rent out.I am looking to transfer the property into LLC for the following reasons1) Liability2) Tax separation from individual / rental property.  

In your opinion, would you choose Section 8 over Traditional or Traditional over Section 8 or a combination of both?

You can choose to background check each of the occupants if that makes you feel more comfortable.

For those of you who have used construction loans in the past, how important are these features when choosing a lender?

Can someone not be a rock star at real estate and then also choose to mentor and teach others?
