I've read, as many people have, Rich Dad and Poor Dad along with numerous other books from the BP bookstore such as SOLD, BRRRR, Finding and Funding Great Deals, Raising Private Capital, Rental Property Investing, THE BOOK ON ESTIMATING REHAB COSTS.

You can read all about it in the blogs, talk about it in the forums, or even read the House hacking book in the bookstore.

In addition to the STR posts on here, I'd also head to the BP bookstore and grab a copy of the book "Short Term Rental, Long Term Wealth".

Amazon before it had any profit was already worth more than every other book store.
