Have you seen the statistics on realtor attacks?

Also, my post was intended for insight on the subject matter; I'm not looking to get attacked for my personal preference.

When one moves out attack the unit and get it done .

Thinking about moving to attack the buy & hold strategy.

It turns out the buyer is actually an attorney and she said that she was going to file a complaint against me with the real estate commission.I am now in the process of a panic attack.

It's simply market timing and it always gives greater respect to one party over another.Remember, don't take it personally if your terms are rejected...it's a business decision by the seller not a personal attack on you or your character.

If you did, you can probably get them to waive any reserve requirements for the one you're living in.The other way to attack it is patience.
