After some research, they are trusts and keep anonymity so you won’t know who owns them.Did I understand that correctly?

LLC's offer some benefits such as asset protection and anonymity but if you don't structure them correctly, it can all fall back on to you.

@Chris ReyesIf it were me, I’d deed to a land trust for the anonymity (nominee trustee, since its publicly filed), then assign beneficial interest of land trust to the LLC that you manage (private document).

The key goal here is anonymity.
