So we asked how much to get out of the contract and in the end (after hiring a lawyer to fight with them) we wound up paying 32k out of my father's estate to buy out the remaining 18 years of his contract, and then the buyers basically had free electric for the next 18 years.

I would also strongly recommend that you steer clear of C areas and Warzones like what Morris was touting - not to rub salt in the wound.

@Chad Willis - I find your inquiry a bit confusing.A charging order was, originally, a legal invention intended to protect partners in a partnership from losing their property if their partners went out and ran up a bunch of debt and wound up sued for it.

Welfare should be a bare minimum to survive temporarily until you can pick yourself back up and get a job-- not sitting around drinking alcohol and Starbucks all day, watching cable TV on your plasma big screen TV, smoking expensive cigarettes not doing anything while living free in a fully renovated granite countertops nice home.We have a duty to support wounded veterans, the elderly, and those 100% disabled unable to function on their own or live day to day on their own.

Wound need something around 2" to pull a line through which would probably be a few hundred bucks if you had any distance...Talk to the city before beginning but I believe you will also need a 10 gauge copper line to use as a tracer wire from the curb stop to the house.

I think most of the people that have been harmed don't care at this point are licking their wounds and running to other PM's like yourself.so there will be a new crop of investors who do not get on BP or social media.I got a pm from another one who shared a contract with me on a property in another state that morris is brokering and it was again one of the worst contracts I had ever seen and it was a larger transaction quarter millon.. guy who sent it.. did not know who the seller was contract had NO due diligence clause in it .. no subject to anything.. 10% cash deposit which he did not know where it went..
