I owned a condo in Davis, and went back to college late in life through Yuba College, taking most courses at their Woodland campus. 

So my area would include Cascade, Chipita Park, Green Mountain Falls, Woodland Park, Divide.

I would love to find one in or around The Woodlands..

Saw an amazing deal in Woodland Hills.  

Then there is Willowdale to Woodland, and I think the other street in Monroe over to Maple.

I'm doing my best to get some investors here in our office (I'm at the Woodlands location) for me to pitch our company and explain our streamline process so I can build a pool of investors to work closely with. 

We need an experienced Realtor for the Woodland, WA market who has actually done multiple FHA/USDA loans and understands what a newbie investor is looking for.
