The 7 federally protected classes are race, color national origin, religion, sex, familial status (including children under the age of 18 living with parents or legal custodians, pregnant women, and people securing custody of children under the age of 18), and handicap(disability).

Most women will want to live in the nicest neighborhood they (you) can afford and drive the nicest car they (you) can afford.  

It might not be the best for the ego, but as business men and women, we need to do what is best for the business.

We all know that its the woman that make the decision about what to buy so I would listen to what the women suggest on hear.

- Ola There might be a few people around here who object if you are insinuating men need to show wisdom any more than women do, but your overall point is spot on! 

It's just always been more convenient to those women to be able to do it on their own terms. 

I have a large home in Redding CA that I lease out to someone that rents rooms out to women that are rebuilding their lives after various life traumas. 

IE, drug rehab,  inmate half way houses, mentally ill, healthy elderly, domestic intervention housing for women with children,  veterans, or housing for retired nuns.
