Its bizz as usual for us right now. if its great deal we move on it.. tied one up in vegas Friday.. my wife listed one of our fixers in Gresham on Sunday and had multiple offers and we went pending with a back up by Wed. 

Even before COVID-19 came onto the scene, it has been a prevailing theme over the last year or two that cities and states are pushing more laws limiting the abilities of landlords to collect rent, evict tenants who don't pay, renovation and increase rents, and other regulations regarding how their business is operated. 

I was out of debt too long to do a debt-free scream and the millionaire theme hours weren’t doing live stuff so I just sent him a pic of me paying off a mortgage.  

Landlord always sounded a bit medieval themed. 

. - Its a solid relationship where we are planning on a wedding in the near future. 

One is a hair stylist, two flight attendants, one event caterer, one wedding/event planner. 

We’ve had cancellations for weddings, baseball games, conferences etc. most of those were 2-3 day bookings.

Near the Pearl and in the Med Center are two areas that are doing very well for STR/vacation rentals.

@Roy HuHi Roy, I have 2 in the LQ area and like John said, it’s important to have a unique, well designed/themed property in order to do well with STR’s in this area in my opinion.

Also there are a lot of competition for these homes on the rental sites so be prepared to put some money into it to theme it up to appeal to the families that rent these.
