If the tenant is not maintaining appropriate temperature in the home, you are at risk of frozen plumbing and bursting pipes.

Lately, I have been working on one of my side projects, creating a data warehouse and collecting information about US demographics from the Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Department of justice and other various systems.

We just rate locked a warehouse building I own at 3.5, 25 year am, national credit tenant on 42k sq ft.

Refirbished warehouse, all hardwoord exposed brick.

My tenants are keeping the building at not budget friendly temperatures and I am looking to correct this.  

This could be adding in warehouses for conversion...or smaller properties that you could expand to get to your desired size, etc.

Entrances would be limited, and guests’ temperatures would be checked with noninvasive methods.

For example in BC the number of cases when up again, but they are mostly linked to a single seniors home and contact with a single person there.As for a link with temperature-not likely. 

Maybe Amazon shipping warehouses won't shutter.
