I’ve heard about recent developments in the city, including Stelantes battery establishment, an Amazon warehouse, a new bridge, and the construction of a mega hospital.Considering the property’s condition, ongoing expenses, and potential development in the area, I’m contemplating whether to sell, especially since the property is not cash flowing and needs substantial renovations.

I've thought about buying a warehouse but then I have the problem of how to make the warehouse earn money.

I think you should at least get all your finish material pricing figured out first by going to the material stores and also getting quotes. 

Anyone use Renter Warehouse?

I-if it's "big expense", I get ahead of this issue by whipping out a receipt book (you can buy one at any store like Target, Wal-Mart, Staples, Office Depot, etc) and jot down the work that was performed, materials, hours, amount of people, other expenses, etc.

Also, note that a lot of the home improvement box stores have a credit card with 0% for 6 months. 

Do you research first though, as you can find their criteria and proximity to other stores and competition to vet your space against.
