@Andrew Urban yes, I think it's beneficial to work under an established broker, at least at the beginning.Even though you have property management experience, being an agent is a whole separate area/specialty of RE and having a supportive broker will definitely be helpful as you start learning about that side of the business.If you're just getting started, I'd recommend trying to assist more successful agents in your office to start learning the ropes, or at the very least having coffee with a few and asking them the same question.When offices open back up to the general public, if your broker's office is in a high traffic area you might consider volunteering for "desk duty", to handle walk-ins.

However, each item in the mailing has to be the same (you cant have an envelope with 5 pieces of paper and another with say 10) and you have to pre-sort the mail.This is different than their cover an entire zipcode service.I used to volunteer at a museum that used this service to mail brochures to tourists.

I would also really try to dig into the specifics of the lease for the retail space as well as the financials of the facility itself (of course, this likely would have to wait until you have an LOI in place at the minimum, but you might be surprised what some sellers will volunteer if simply asked).

Fortunately, I bought a condo for my sister in the same complex, who acts as my PM, and was able to take care of my rentals condo and calm our tenant, and it also helps that her husband is on good terms with the HOA volunteering on two committees.There are other issues, but these are the major ones that bugs me about condos.
