These investors were looking for Passive income, but they didn’t realize they had to fill the role as an Investment banker and they didn’t have the skill set or systems to do that.  

City assumed it was tied into new sewer system. 

Not every older system needs to be simply replaced.

For older properties, expect a higher CapEx due to potential issues with major systems like roofing or plumbing.

Since there are often different entities, there are different skills and systems needed.With that said, I can tell you are definitely better at building systems that I am (I have built up some best practices, but they mostly reside in my head).

Once billed, those in violation of the policy won't be able to rejoin BiggerPockets, including prohibition of the use of the agent/lender finder tools, forums, and private messaging system until their bill is paid. 

Just wondering how you feel about the unique challenges NOLA has relative to economy & climate change (insurance), population decline.
