It had rotted siding, windows, trim, wood framing, etc throughout, overgrown trees, roots, outside slab cracks, outdated and worn out kitchens / bathrooms, floors throughout, rodents in the attic with torn insulation as well as torn HVAC conduits, leaking sky lights, etc, etc, etc.

The result turned out to be a combination of tree roots and baby wipes.Well tree roots are tree roots, but I lived at my house for over 2 years and have never used baby wipes and do not have a baby.
