Now as to a lack of transparency, that is another matter.  

Transparency is probably the best weapon a wholesaler can utilize to combat the possibility of an investor suspecting unethical or incompetent behavior.

In terms of addressing the heart of the matter,  I really do believe in being transparent when it comes to real estate because I honestly do want to make a positive impact in my area, and in general.

I have done it multiple times and been total transparent with the mortgage companies.
