Having experience in big name tech doesn't necessarily translate into investment knowledge.  

Worst case scenario is not being able to refi unless I come up with $50k.Austen Mueller, I tried using the duplexes and square footage to formulate the value of my 4 plex but was told that they do not translate and they would only compare another 4 plex.It seems like I may have to walk away from this deal. 

Looking at the free data on AirDNA, it shows a 74% occupancy rate for the entire town but I don't know if that translates to this particular property.   

The new Fannie/Freddie pricing adjustments will translate to rates similar to investment property rates. 

That translates to high real estate demand.

Translation:1st person says "let's see if I can run a business using this guys property and money"2nd person says "but I don't want to pay a pet deposit and pet rent"You say "next"!

With inspections, the inspectors I have had never go out of their way to find stuff outside of the immediate areas I am altering.  

I definitely believe your work ethic will translate over and start to bear continual fruit for you.

I'm no ADA pro, but I feel like I remember reading in multiple books that landlords HAVE to comply with requests like this (as long as they don't significantly alter the property/structure) but all modifications are at the expense of the tenant.

If you're confident your clientele will take good care of the property then it's a nice touch to the property that will add to the rentability; although I doubt it will translate to more dollars.
