Is this tenant a skilled worker in the trades? How

The first piece of advice I would hand out would be to understand their local landlord-tenant laws.

To be clear, I'm not looking for cash investors, hand-outs, or someone to do all my dirty work, I'm a very hard-worker and just need the proper guidance to get me kick started. 

But people who met me at trade shows, sometimes almost twice my age, would still look twice at my business card.

You will catch a fart in the wind before you find a property that is price below market value on zillow, or any other online website.2) To find properties you can earn the best profits on go directly to broker''s offices, hand out a business card and ask for pocket listings and properties the broker has that he has not yet listed on the MLS or a website.3) Look for properties that are under-priced and there are many of them if you go directly to brokers.

Some times they hand out the backpacks on a Saturday before school starts, other times they take them to a school in a more poverty stricken area. 

I am not looking for any handouts Or any money just looking for a helping hand losing my son and everything I’ve worked for scares me real estate has taught me a lot I love it and the people I’ve met throughout this process is unbelievable but one thing we all share in common is we did this for our families so that we can do more for them in  ..So the help I need If there’s any investors out here in the North Carolina area that has a property that I can lay my head put my mind together so I can hit the ground running .

It is true that many poorer Americans don't have this type of ownership, but they vote for politicians who promise them handouts.

You should go serve for four years to see what it's like before equating that to some kind of handout.
