Well, let me point out that the LL in Missouri was not me....LOLWe have a few here that probably talk tougher than they really are, perhaps venting with other LLs and investors.I'm sure most do work with thier tenants as customers, working with them, but just like on the evening news, good news is not news, the bad news sells and makes for a lively discussion here.It's interesting you point out your opinion while saying you board renters considering they have fewer tenants rights, the only real difference is the time for notice and eviction matching the term of the agreement and giving them a leasehold interest at a shorter term of an undivided interest in the property.
