So I assume that they are able to offer the advice particular to a PARTICULAR and SPECIFIC transaction which could prove the difference between success and failure for the investor.Now, I have no way of knowing IF the above is true….but again my GUT FEEL tells be it most likely is.

I envision this relationship as a two-way street—I'm eager to offer as much value as possible, like identifying potential properties for investment or helping with digital tasks (like websites and social media).I've recently set up my LLC here in South Carolina, but I'm somewhat unsure about the next steps, like where to find private money, locate properties, or structure owner financing for multifamily units.

I have experienced cash flow anywhere from 10-18% with so much more to offer.

I've not seen many listing agents that are helpful at presenting a subject to offer.   

The buyer is willing to offer $50k for the property as part of a seller financing deal with a chunk paid at the beginning and the remaining amount spread across 5 years and after which, the buyer will refinance and take over the mortgage.

I prefer to be able to offer some value to her or others willing to help first and come from a place of giving...but as a newb I am finding that's not the position I am in just yet.
