I have found roots in my properties before and just had them run a snake through the lines and rip them out. 

A blanket line of credit lien hiding like a snake in the grass.In 2013 I was under contract for $110k on an owner-financed SFR. 

We had snakes in the basement that found their way in through the old foundation.

I asked the plumber if there was some kind of snake that existed for the radiator pipes. 

I found a large harmless snake in the off limits basement & left it there to police the area.

Similar to what you do when you snake a toilet but down the system before it enters the first tank.

they knocked over a terrarium and out slithered a 8 foot phython type snake we never found it.. 

I would never use a realtor then snake them behind their back but I do know it goes on and its totally wrong.
