Both parties are deceased with no known heirs and unfortunately, we do not have the necessary information to get a copy of the death certificates.

I always thought that the assumption of mortgage meant that they essentially replace me as the initial party paying off the mortgage and now they pay the monthly payments and have the title.

In the end I just want it to be fair for both parties.

Third, is that inspectors will often give information about how a home functions and helpful tips for maintenance.
