and as for Tesla they were born in the Bay area so for sure you see the most in CA.. but they are blossoming other areas but there are still states that wont allow direct from manufactor sales like Tesla does so even though they are ALL AMERICAN cars they cant sell them in all states because of Detroit lobbying for the old model of dealerships.. and no manufactor direct. 

Those that make a living from dealing with or representing the poor, tenant organisations and other interest groupes have engaged powerful lobby groups that target air head socialist politicians to control government decisions.

The realtors lobby created a big doomsday stink over the bill but there is only a mild detriment to landlords @Bill Schrimpf

Convenient drive to Whole Foods Market, movie theaters, and area restaurants.

I started working at a pumping patch last year in September and ended the last day of October then worked at that same company for there Christmas trees and did that and ended at the end of the year so I didn’t have a job for two months till I got a job at a movie theater and worked there till the end of august while also working again for the pumpkin patch when they asked me start working for them in July since then I been working for them and now we’re going into Christmas season.

For whatever reason (AARP might have lobbied for this...), the CFPB/Congress exempted adjustable rate reverse mortgages from the LO Comp rule, meaning that with basically ONLY these types of loans, can the loan officer get paid more if the consumer (your elderly grandpa...) accepts a higher interest rate or worse terms/fees/etc.

When my realtor presented me their offer and I saw their address was the same as mine, I realized they already lived in the building and if I had just put a note up in the lobby or something I would have saved thousands in realtor fees.

Apparently it was the Hearts Corporation that lobbied to originally get hemp banned in the use of manufacturing paper, as it competed with the forest product paper that they were using, and in most states it's still banned.
