Bronson out of Oakdale does a lot of residential repairs in my area (southwest) but I usually just stick with handymen if it is minor damage. 

How much is taking 1 day off from work and having a long day doing a round trip on Southwest?

So you will get more for your money in the south and southwest.

Hi everyone I'm just getting started and I was curious as to what is popular and what works here in the southwest Florida area.

However, I would like to start some exploratory conversations with in terms of getting an idea of how much a rehab will cost for properties I've found via Trulia/Zillow.The areas I'm looking at are around Southwest Atlanta - Cascade Heights, Venetian Hills, Beecher Hills, West End, Adair Park, etc.
