Homes still can get sold in one weekend with multiple offers but any rental property that has a flaw or pricing will be skipped as there appears to be enough floating on the market.

It is a step-by-step guide -- 20 steps laid out in 20 chapters...If you just want 10 steps, you can skip every other chapter...  ;-).

Sounds like you're going to have to use a skip trace company.

I have skip traced hundreds of names and addresses and only found 1 correct phone number.

I signed up for Fundrise too, but I ended up skipping it after getting deeper into the program. 

Hopefully you will have sold the property a couple of months after you finish the rehab, and you will save quite a bit in closing costs by skipping the refi process, given you would likely only hold the refi mortgage for a couple months or so.

If they're already trying to skip the rules/requests in this stage, what's going to happen in a few months after they move in and are comfortable?
