They are putting up large Resort Style places with pools, volleyball, BBQ areas, etc, etc.

Only if you are really close to ski resorts like camelback like in the associated villages.

I would suggest posting notice (in our state that is 48 hours) to change the locks and of course provide a key to her.Let her know that if she can't get you a copy this is your last resort as you cannot be without a key. 

Vacation rentals in buildings managed by central reservations (think ski areas or other large resort areas) can be enticing. 

Looking for any information on Trafalgar Village in Kissimmee such as rental incomepotential,  resort review, hoax concerns, is it a good place as a vacation home, is it a mix of rentals and home owners, would you buy there, is it clean, is it rudely becauseof so many rentals instead of homeowners staying there or any thing you can add that I don’t know to ask.  

If you ever wanted a "reasonable and ordinary" business reason to buy a kayak, boat, jet skis, etc. you may have just found it!  

As I understand it, Short Stay Rentals in Hawaii take two forms.1) Legal Short Stay RentalsLegal Short Stay Rentals are only permitted in the Resort Zone area of Waikiki as shown in this map.  2) Illegal Short Stay Rentals.Short stay rentals are not permitted in any other part of Hawaii, so although you can find plenty of short stay rentals outside of the Resort Zone area of Waikiki, they are breaking the law, it's just that the police don't bother taking action.Is my understanding correct?

I let the deal sit for a week while I went skiing in Jackson Hole and when I was back, met with the property manager, asked what he thought needed to be done to each property.

I rented a Airbnb in the catskills and it was a bummer.. beds terrible well quite working.. just not my cup of tea.I get it though for like a ski vacation or if its a high end condo that I would get.. and since I am a business traveler I get enough points each year to take two spectacular over seas vacations on my points.. up graded to suits each stay is probably worth 10k plus and its all free.. so that to me is a major benefit.
